neck In need of healing

My brother accidently hit me in the head with a trash can in April he knocked my vertebrae in my spine in my neck at of alignment plush I have a pinched nerve too. I been in so much pain I get headache and confused and fogginess in head especially on the left side.I have been prayer for healing please help me.I go to school online and it so hard to concentrate.I have been dealing with this for month I need a miracle.
