Dental restoration/Erosion of bones and gums

I have been plagued with infection and inflamation of my gums for the past 3 years. I've had all the antibiotics possible but no inprovement in the condition.I've had teeth removed but still no change for the better. The condition has now caused erosion of my gums and erosion and thinning of the bones of my mouth.I can't begin to tell you how much distress that is causing me.
